Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account restriction.

Age verification may be requested at any stage — during registration, when making a deposit, or before processing a withdrawal. The following rules apply to all bets placed on betpro 360, across all sports (cricket, football and others) and casino products.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation in your bet history. Until that confirmation appears, the bet has not been accepted. Betpro 360 reserves the right to decline any bet at its discretion.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum stake is Rs 500 per selection on most markets. Maximum stakes vary by sport, league, and market type. Betpro 360 may adjust maximum stake limits for individual players or specific markets at any time.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. If odds change between when you submit and when the system confirms, betpro 360 will notify you of the updated odds. You may choose to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
• In-play betting: Bets placed during live matches are subject to in-play rules. Betpro 360's live odds update in real time and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Any bets placed after the in-play market is suspended will be voided.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including abandoned matches (where the requisite number of overs/periods has not been completed), obvious pricing errors, or market suspension. Voided bets have stakes returned to the player's account.
• Result disputes: If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact support within 72 hours of the result being published. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

All financial transactions on betpro 360 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard.

• Deposits: Minimum deposit is Rs 200 for mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 500 for bank transfers and cards. Deposits are credited to your betpro 360 account instantly in most cases.
• Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers and cards. Wallet withdrawals typically process within 15 minutes. Bank transfers take 1–4 hours. Card withdrawals take 1–3 banking days.
• Fees: Betpro 360 charges no transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party charges from your bank or wallet provider are outside betpro 360's control.

Betpro 360 is committed to maintaining a fair environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities.

• Match fixing and insider information: Using non-public information to gain an unfair advantage on any betting market is prohibited. This includes acting on tips from players, officials, or anyone with inside knowledge of a sporting event's outcome.
• Automated betting systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets on betpro 360 is prohibited. All bets must be placed manually by the registered account holder.

Betpro 360 operates the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain uptime and service quality, betpro 360 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

Where an account is suspended for investigation, betpro 360 will communicate the reason to the registered email address. Accounts closed for Terms violations will have any remaining balance reviewed — where funds are determined to be legitimately earned (not from bonus abuse or prohibited activity), betpro 360 will return those funds after deducting any outstanding obligations.

You may also voluntarily close your betpro 360 account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed according to standard timelines. Real money balances will be returned via your most recent withdrawal method.

Betpro 360 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or platform policies.
